The patented XGRIPS adapt full-size magazines for use in compact handguns. XGRIPS provide greater versatility incorporating larger magazine into a compact handguns grip, increasing the gun's capacity with additional rounds. Law enforcement and military personnel can carry the compact pistol with a standard magazine when concealment is important, then insert a high capacity magazine with XGRIP when firepower and capacity become critical.

The XGRIP slides over the magazine tube or floorplate and secures itself in place with either a snap fit or an elastomeric friction fit that is interlocked between the floorplate and the bottom of the pistol grip for a solid and safe assembly.
